Recipe: Sweet Potato Pie
Yes, I'm from the South. They'd take away my Southern Belle ID card if I didn't include Sweet Potato Pie!
I use the food processor for the finest blend possible. Butter Pecan or Pralines and Cream work best for the ice cream.
