Warning!! This is a raw egg recipe. If you're in the least bit nervous, I suggest you hunt up and buy pateurized eggs or use the pasteurized egg products in cartons such as Egg Beaters and Egg Whites. I personally do not use alcohol in my choice of libations, but others do, so I offer some alternatives.

A combo of vanilla vodka and spiced rum in egg nog is fabulous!
I've got some immune compromised folks in my family, so I always use those in-shell pasteurized eggs.
